Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could provide some insight into the Gemini TT-04. I own Gemini TT2000 and wow do they suck, i mean sound quality is ok but they are build very cheaply and do not even have close the torque to scratch, but then again they are really low cost so i'm not complaining. Ive been shopping around for new decks and I can across the Gemini TT-04, I've read good reviews, some people even say they have too much torque! I know techs are the best, i've been looking for used ones as well but they are either overpriced or way way too old. So just wondering if maybe someone has some experience with these. Thanks again!
Here is the review I read.

OK, let me get this straight................your going from Numark's to Gemini's??? Lmao!! Dont get me wrong I've had both and I rocked my TT-200's for about 2years, did many, many shows with them, also replaced the motors and never had any trouble with the torque. Maybe get some butter rugs with frosted plates. I also had the Gemini PT-2000's back in the day (my first set) and I loved em!!
Look seems you like to scratch your never gonna be satisfied with any table but a Technic so I say just hang in there and save for the Tech's. I know they can cost alot when your on a budget but it'll be worth it and from reading what you wrote you already know this, lol. So my suggestion is to hold off and keep saving, order some Butter Rugs with the Frosted Plates and see if that helps with the scratchin.

Thanks for the reply, the TT's I own are gemini tt2000 not numark 200's and trust me they have no torque! I'll consider getting technics i know they would make me very happy. Right now I could own 2 gemini tt04's or one tech, tough decision.

I contacted someone off Craigs list selling a Technics 1210 mk5 for $350 he says its perfect like new except its missing 2 legs. Seems like a good deal, can the legs be replaced easily?
