Hi all,

I bought the Hercules DJ Control mp3 e2 a few days back. I was looking to add some effects or change the skin, but I noticed, when I open the CONFIG-menu I just get 'Audio' and a tab for 'Advanced options'. The Advanced options tells me I don't have a PRO version of VirtualDJ, so I'm not able to configure tools, settings, skins, effects, audioperformance and MUCH more! On the installdisk it says I have version 1.1 (probably with the Hercules DJ control) but it comes with a manual for Version 6 (and explains features like the effects)
As I said, I bought it, so why don't it comes up with this 'trial-like thing' (It says I can use for 20 days a PRO version?). I expected a decent program with full functions...Anyone knows what this is all about?

The version included with the DJ Control MP3 e2 is equivalent to Virtual DJ LE:

As you can see, certain features are not available in this version, but this is not a demo version. It has been been configured so you can start using your controller right away.

You also have the opportunity to try the PRO version for 20 days. Once this trial period is over, you will still be able to use the LE version.

An update , v1.03, is also available in the DOWNLOAD section of this site once your register your serial number, and you will also be intitled to a rebate if ever you want to upgrade to the PRO version.
 
Hi guys,

Just bought the Hercules DJ Control MP3 e2 controller, which came with Virtual DJ DJC Edition, however, even after i have installed the drivers and the application, the notification 'Invalid Skin File (error line %i in the xml)' comes up, i have a macbook pro, and previously had Virtual DJ Home installed
 
 
Does anyone know if the Hercules DJ Control Mp3 E2 runs on Virtual DJ pro basic?
and how do i get my itunes to become one of the folders on any of the virtual DJs?
