Topic: Tool to organize "Virtual Folders" ??

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Is there any tool that may allow me to rearrange my virtual folders into trees, as well as change the order etc?

Yep, it's a real pain to organize the folders.
Already have a thread in the wishes section but so far no answer...

Was wondering if someone has made a tool to modify the XML file, or at least explain how it works and I could look for a way around it.
