Topic: [NEW] VirtualDJ v6.0.5 released - Page: 1

Hello everybody,

Since we wanted to be sure that everybody have the most stable possible VirtualDJ to play with during these holidays, we worked around the clock to fix most of the remaining bugs and release v6.0.5 before the holidays.
So here is v6.0.5.
And as usual, it is completely free for all Pro and Basic users. Just grab it from your download center.

Again, like the past four 6.0.x, this version was mostly focused on ironing out the small glitches, and fixing the last remaining few bugs.
With so much time spent these past months on code cleaning, version 6.0.5 is probably the most stable version of VirtualDJ ever.
(Many of you made this comment last year that VirtualDJ was bringing more and more new exciting features but maybe not focusing enough on reliability. Well, we listened, and here is the result).

I hope this version will help you spend wonderful parties these holidays.
And yes, we also have many new exciting features coming now, but more on this next year...

Already got it down and will trasfer to gig machine and gigging with it 5 1/2 hours from now :-)

Thanks a million. I downloaded it, then realized that it hadn't even been released for an hour. I JUST upgraded the gig machine to 6.0.4 on Tuesday (my birthday). GOOD STUFF GUYS!!! Happy Holidays!!!! Now if I ever get my VDJ Radio app complete, this will be the best Christmas ever...:)

PS. For those of us with DB issues. Is there a correct way to go about solving these problems? Should we simply check & fix?
 
My sound bug is still there :(

Have not given enough a work out yet.
 
Don't get too excited if you're a Mac user. I still can't open the config menu without the audio output changing (or dropping out completely), and typing in the search window still causes audio to skip. Thanks for the lump of coal Santa.
 
Kudos to the VDJ team for the early xmas present!

I was hoping for the inclusion of DJTech's Imix Reload MKII controller, but i guess ill have to wait. Its still in the pipeline i hope? :D

Congrats to the entire team behind getting this release out so quickly. (Some of the code changes and bugs fixed were only nailed or requested very recently!). Superb job folks!

great job on the back to back updates. I'll test the new version this week and see if my audio burps with my hc4500 are still there. Keep your fingers crossed!

Thank You very much, Stability & Reliability is where the "Tire Meets The Road" for me though I'm still using 5.2.1 on my show machine I will definitely install this release tomorrow.
