I'll try to keep the background short:
Recently received a used laptop from a friend, going to use it in place of older laptop I've been struggling with.
After working through a few small issues I found that I needed to update the drivers for the hercules mk2.
Ater the new drivers were installed the headphones weren't working properly. The fix for that was to install VDJ 3.4.1 for the dj console.
Everything appeared to be working fine, introduced a few new tracks and I have noticed that the markers (CBG's) for the BPM are not accurate with the waveforms on some of the new tracks I have just scanned in. I don't use the marks much I try to mix by ear but if these are inaccurate are the BPM numbers that VDJ is giving me accurate?
Thanks in advance,
T

The BPMs can be accurate and the CBGs can be a tad off if the song was from a band that uses a human drummer or, if the tracks was recorded from a belt drive turntable. Either one of those types of music can speed up and slow down during the song, yet VDJ will accurately asses the BPMs, within reason of course....
