I have just received my tcv and I have 2 gemini tt02 turntables with a Behringer vmx 300 mixer. I was wondering if the tcv would work with my sound card. I see the recommnded card is the MAYA44....... I have tried several connection, but I can get is humming noise....no music at all coming from the speakers.
By the way yesterday I did order the MAYA44 card.

First of all, Audigy got only ONE line-in
You have to connect your turntables playing timecode vinyl to line-in at soundcard, so you should have 2 x line-in for using 2 turntables.
You can use ONE turntable to controll both decks using the new function called timecode_active (v.2.1)
And switch by keyboard shortcut from one deck to the other (choosing what deck of VDJ should be controlled by timecode)
But its more pro aproach to get a soundcard with 2 x line-in (such as Maya), so that you can use one turntable for each deck in VDJ
