Topic: HC4500 issue? could be VDJ?

Basically this has happened a couple of times, I leave my system on for a while 30mins without touching it then mysterioulsy, one of my sound effects starts playing??? then i stop that, then leave it again then the track will automically play lol???

any ideas???

Never heard of that one ..... poltergeist perhaps?, dodgy buttons, mucking about with the mapping?

You could try resetting the firmware on the 4500 to see if that cures it.
 
what os u use please ?
what vdj version ?
are you using the the default mapper ?
What hc-4500 firmware you have ?
Which effect was triggered (the same you have chosen on the skin ? or FX assigned to specific button ?)
- it should be plugin that is "hearable" even when the song is stopped or not ???


I can try to setup my vdj similar to yours, and leave it untouched why I watch tv or sleep with volume maxed up :-)

@kradcliffe: LOL at poltergeist ... so now wee need antivirus, antispyware, antipoltergeist (ask ghostbusters for a bite)
