Topic: Serial Number on the Total Control

whats up everyone,

Just picked up the Total Control and want to register it with virtual DJ but cannot find the serial number that looks like virtual dj's example... the one on the box shows (21) N and then a bunch of numbers... Anyone tell me where I can find the serial number?

Use the serial number on the CD that came with the Total Control. That will give you the icon for this site..
 
only 2 cd's came with the total control, traktor and cue
 
Use the CUE serial number...

Well I Have The Total Computer DJ And I Cant Seem To Find The Serial. All That Came Was The Total Conrol, DJiO Interface And Traktor 3.
Please Help Locate The Serial.

Did you buy this brand new, or was it second hand.

If it was second hand and you didnt get VDJ in the box the i would assume that either it was missing from day one, or the previous owner has used it and activated it. If he has then unfortunately you will not be able to transfer the license to yourself. You will need to purchase a new one.

If you brought this new, numark are no longer shipping the total control with cue they are only shipping it with traktor now.
 
I Did Buy The Controller New. It Did Not Contain Numark Cue And/Or VDJ. Does Not Having That Mean That My Purchase Of Total Computer Wont Let Me Register Me Device?

The serial of the total control is on the cue cd, well no in the cd but in the case on the back.....
u will see something like ''powered by virtual dj'' and somewhere there is the serial
Its gonna be something like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX

If it was ponly supplied with traktor and not Cue. Then there is nothing to register on this site :(.

With previous versions of the TotalControl it was supplied with Numark Cue. This is what is registerd on the website - not the controller itself.

I JUST BOUGHT THE TOTAL CONTROL BUT ITWAS SECOND HAND AND IT DIDNT HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER WHAT CAN I DO IF ANYTHING
 
Sadly, nothing. It's the software that gets registered, not the hardware.
