Some information for users who enquired about cases for the NS7.

The NS7 now also includes our specially designed rugged laptop stand.

To many laptop stands are very weak and shakey at gigs which is a nightmare this one is designed to be super tough.



This coffin-style, heavy duty flight case was designed specifically for NS7, the Numark performance controller for Serato ITCH software. With a high-end professional system like NS7, messing around with a gig bag, or worse, no protection is just asking for trouble.

NS7 CASE is constructed of wood with metal reinforcement. It has two casters and a handle for easy rolling transport. It features removable front and back panels so you can perform with NS7 in the case for safety and security.

Because NS7 comes with a laptop stand, we designed NS7 to accommodate the stand as well as other accessories.

If I had a spare £1300, might consider it, but I haven't, lol
 
wonderfull news. appreciate it :)

But will this raise the price of a ns7 a lot? im quite concerned that it this unit will become more expensive. thx alot .peace

Optional case however, the laptop stand is now included free.
 
opps sorry i re read and saw that my main question is will the case be available on release date ( fill free to give release date) or later... and also if i order ns7 from lets say sweetwater or pssl will they have the case also?

The upmost effort will be given to try to get all territories the case at the same time as the NS7.

Individual dealers stocking may be different but most dealers are expected to offer the case also.

Its a special design for Numark by Odyssey and is available exclusively to Numark.

sweetwater does not cary odyssey will that be an issue? will odyssey have it available to order?
 
No as its a Numark product, they should stock it.

I referenced Odyssey to highlight the quality of the case.

As an industry standard manufacturer of flight-cases for DJs and musicians they have allot of experience in making great cases.
 
ok some some detective work since i have no real solid info to go by. The case for the NS7 is available Q2 (thats what i was told from someone that went to namm) so if the case is available at launch then the NS7 wont be available till april or june. hmmmm

HAs anyone experienced flying with any of the NS7 cases? did the NS7 get to the destination in one piece? What was the overweight/oversize charge if any?
