Hi guys,
I had put a lot of work into using Tag comments to categorise my library. When I moved that drive to a different machine, the comments were missing, so are they in the database not written to the ID3 tag?
I copied across the MyLists and playlists.

Can you explain that a bit? What does it mean by "when something changed in VDJ? Like what? Is it very vague of or am I dense on this?

You said you're using tag comments, so presumably you're adding those comments via the VDJ tag editor.
The option automatically writes any changes you make (via the VDJ tag editor) to the tag in the actual file.
