Topic: Now i really need help with bcd3000 and vdj

Hi sky and all of you.
I'd tried bcd 2000 and vdj set up ,ask for help and no response so i returned the bcd 2000 to the store and i got A BCD 3000


NOW IM ASKING FOR HELP ON HOW TO SET UP THE BCD3000 WITH VDJ(I MEAM,ALL CONFIGURATIONS ON THE APPLICATION AND ON MY MACBOOK)


CURRENTLY:SOUND SET UP-NONE
HEADPHONES
4.1 CARD
DRIVER-BCD3000-BUT I ALSO HAVE THE OPTION BCD3000AGREGATED


ON MY MAC SOUND OPTIONS I GOT:SOUND OUTPUT-BCD3000
IMPUT-BCD3000-AND ON BOTH I DO HAVE OPTION FOR BCD3000 AGREGATED


PS-I THINK I HAVE THE AGGREGATED OPTION BECAUSE I ALSO HAVE TRAKTOR LE INSTALLED IN MY MAC,THIS OPTION NEVER SHOW BEFORE THE TRAKTOR INTALLATION


FOR SOUND AND MIDI OPTIONS I HAVE:DEFAULT IMPUT-BCD3000
DEFAULT OUTPUT-BCD3000
SYSTEM OUTPUT-BCD3000



AND AFTER ALL THIS ,THE BCD 3000 STILL NOT WORKING(DOESN'T LIGHT UP AT ALL)


SO PLEASE,PEOPLE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS CONFIGURATION.

Hello djclaudinhooblivion are you using cue v5.07? , Have you enabled the controler on remotes Cue > config > remotes?

Can you verify the controler is working in mac osx by going to aplications > utilities > audio and midi setup

the 3000 will show up on the midi tab if it is functional.

As to audio you want to use the standard 3000 output,

with Cue sound options

Inputs : none
outputs : headphones
card : 4.1
Driver : bcd 3000
Channels 1/2 main 3/4 headphones

and go to performances and set to autolatency , if you still cannot get audio or midi please try a different port there is know hardware issues with the bcdseries which can cause conflicts with otherhardware , aslo try dissabing wifi (airport).
