My total control is connected to my computer and it works with the cue but doesn't work with vdj, why? How to I configure it for it to work?

What version of VDJ do you use?

The latest one I think.

Latest version 5.0.7 is only for PRO user and you are a CUE LE HOME user, did you forget to insert the PRO serial code in your profile?

I was trying with the demo version which ever one is currently on this site but I can't get it to work with my total control. So if it doesn't work what's the point of buying it?

DEMO version is 5.0.4 and PRO version is updated to 5.0.7 and I have Total Control and it's work 100% fine.

I can aslo confirm that the Total Control works fine in Full Cue and VV 5.07 Pc and Mac.

Is there a way I can use it with the demo? To test it out or no? Cause it doesn't read/start the total control as the Cue le does.

I did and it doesn't. Is there any configuration involved that's needs to be done? Also I just noticed the crossfader doesn't work on the cue le, is that just how LE is or is that something to do with me too.

Ok go to Config > Info and press reset factory settings close VDJ and try again.

i think it's my computer or something, because it still doesn't work, but it works on my friend's lap top which has virtual dj pro but i don't know what version...i guess i'll just have to use his...but is that a sound card problem?

That is illegal, one license is not for more people than one.
On the problem, did you activated TC in Options>Controller?

i have a numark total control and i cant figure out how to hook in up to virtual dj home edition. Can you help me hook it up?

Designed for home DJs, VirtualDJ Home includes nearly all the features of VirtualDJ Pro, with only a few limitations.
If you don't own or don't plan to use any additional DJ hardware (mixer, turntable, DJ controller or video projector), then VirtualDJ Home will meet all your requirements.

It obviously is not for you.
