Topic: numark PT01 portable turntables , useful or gimic?

i am currently looking at portable turntables as i dont much fancy lugging full ones about

and have come across the numark pt01

does any one have experiance with this unit?



i know it wont be as great as larger more expensive destop turntables , but do people think it will be still usable?

does any one think it would be able to muster a timecode signal? or am i having a laugh?


and i have discoverd aslo a vestax one which seems to be as heavy and large as a normal one very useful!

these are made more for digging. So u can preview the track. Just depends what you want to use it for. I know I wouldn't use it to record.
