Maya 44 is an older card, it works great for VDJ but has been hard to find.

I love how they say "It's Back! Shipping in April! Reserve Yours Today!"

Everyone else said it was no longer available.

I never buy before it is "In Stock" I've been "F'ed" before, not again!
Tell me where you have found it shipping in April

The MAYA 44 USB is yes an old card, that has been rebuilt and re-released in '07.

Gigaport AG is a 8 MONO / 4 STEREO OUTPUT ONLY card based on the MAYA44 design.
However the MAYA 44 USB - IS BACK with all new production line and updated technology
The MAYA44 was and still is the (until the VV box releases) the most ideal and best card you can get for using TCV/TCCD with VirtualDJ -- I would put any card against it.

By the way - ESI/Audiotrak makes both the Gigaport and MAYA44 -- so technically there is a Gigaport 4x4 it's the MAYA44 USB

Oh, to answer your shipping question - it's just being re-released and still in mass production for distribution -- so those that say it's no longer available are basing their info from the old card, not the new one about to release.

Had excellent results with the Maya 44 PCI also for TCV use.
Thing works pissa even with the old drivers off the disc.

PSSL is selling them for $109
the gigaprot isnt dead, I see alot of them for sale ,

Did you try it with Vista?

Running it right now on Vista, "perfek"

I will send this news to the Gigaport people

Digital Scott & mp3jrick's

Do you have a web address we can find the MAYA 44 at?

It's a shame they don't do a 4 in, 6 out card... there's no way I'm about to get rid of my dedicated sampler output! Bring on the "Maya 46"!

Kreg, it isnt the maya44 it is the gigaport I was talking about.. here it is

www.pssl.com

look here :)

I belive that, that gigaport card is is only a 8 output / no input card

They are still in production and not on shelves yet. Just need to watch for them.
