Yann-x, if you don't have the permission to edit the news section of Atomixmp3.com and so on.. Why don't you start a new site (with all the news and so on), buy a domain or just sign op for a free site and give us the URL? If you don't have the time or something of course there are enough members available to help you (including me)... I guess the problem is that you need permission of the Atomixmp3 team, but i don't think that would be a problem as long as you keep them well informed (as well as they keep you informed (NOT THE OTHER MEMBERS))...

Or why don't you do it the easy way:
Start a newsletter! And post the URL to sign up on the forum... There are lots of services which allow you to start a free newsletter service...
