this is the max data i get on my app : Received OS2L message: { evt: 'beat', change: false, pos: 21, bpm: 121.96, strength: 0.9 } while platfroms like magicq and soundswitch gets so much more like song name current beat song duration etc etc, has anyone made their own os2l app and had a similar porblem or is it that i am not doing something correctly ? or do these apps get special privilages ?

i am on the exactly same trail at the moment. as far as i know does the readout of track and duration function over the database.xml but i dont get the information out of virtual dj which id is on which deck. os2l only delivers the variables which you already mentioned.
if someone knows how to get out this variables please help us. :)
