Basically, the video preview in the ‘more’ settings pop up in the camera plugin extends beyond the box that should contain it.
I’m also having difficulty setting up two cameras for the broadcast video skin but I’ll make another post about that when I have 2 web cams to hand and can show the issue clearly.

Couldn't reproduce, but it looks like several other camera's are already selected too? (Perhaps ones not connected at the time?)
Can you try to right-click them and remove them to see if that changes the preview?
