Topic: Sampler has now stopped recognising .mov video files.
I have been using video sample files extensively since 2022 and all have been working as expected
today after some research, I realised that .mov files are no longer being recognised.
I don't have many but the ones I do, just show up blank. When I go to the editor, the preview screen just shows video sample as a green screen and the transparency button doesn't respond.

I converted an .mov file to .mp4 and it worked with no issues.

hello i have the same issue, after the last update, do you solve it?
 
working fine here with b8121 on a windows10 pc. just dropped .mov file to sample bank and it played. then told it to loop and no problem.


adjusted transparency with no issue either

No, I didn't solve it, I have had to revert all the .mov files to .mp4's

Ah nice ! You say your on a windows machine, I'm on a Mac and it's a M1 silicone Mac. That's probably why.
