So I paid online for the VDJ Infinity Pro, i.e. the latest downloadable one.
After installing the software on my laptop running Windows 10, I followed the prompts to register in VDJ's Setup Panel -->> Licenses >> User >> Connect >> Email and then filling in my email address as prompted.
Once this was done it opens up a panel that says "Cannot connect to the servers, Please make sure that you have an internet connection."
I check my internet connection, which showed active and strong signal?
I checked my firewall and there seemed to be no hindrance there?
I disabled my Adblocker?
Still no joy?
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Have any of you manage to fix this problem.
I sincerely hope that I did not spend lots on money for nothing.
