Presently we have a looping doubling and halving in our loop values and i'm asking a 3/4 loop can be added to loops and loop rolls.

do it yourself, it's the most basic of edits you can do.
loop 0.2
loop 0.33
loop 0.75
loop 1.5
loop roll effect being commands like
effect_beats 'loop roll' 0.75 & effect_active 'loop roll' while_pressed
loop 0.2
loop 0.33
loop 0.75
loop 1.5

I don't even have to watch that video to know what it's about. I was playing with this idea years ago.
