Topic: headphones cue, gain and mix controls not working correctly for Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX
I have just purchased Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX and running it with VDJ 2023 on my new PC which has Windows 11 Home, I7 & 16G RAM. I'm using Virtual DJ Pro demo license.

When headphones CUE is ON it gives sound through speakers whilst volume fader = 0. Also, when headphones CUE is ON then CUE GAIN changes sound in speakers .

Sound for CUE track is also very soft in headphones, seems to favour the track playing.

Hope there is a solution to this, I was so pumped to get into some DJing and now I'm getting disheartened with technical issues.

Try using usb soundcard for your headphone.connect to ypur laptop,vdj audio setting headphone is usb souncard.your laptop audio outut try platinum fx then connect the speaker cable to your laptop to hear the audio. Dont connect any rca cable to your controller.just connect your controller to your laptop vdj audio setting,master is numark platinum fx.this help a little for me.
 
I'm not able to listen to the pre-listening of my Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX, in the audio option it is output on the box and on the phono the ddj, however when the sound plays the two songs come out directly in the master, which would be in the speaker.
what do I do? I'm desperate.

Did this issue ever get resolved? I'm having the same problem now.
