Not every DJ gig I have is near internet or WiFi. Is there a way to forgo the log in without having full access to my pro infinity subscription?

You don't have to log in at every gig.
Just log in once (anywhere you have internet access) then stay logged in. Don't log out.
Logging in creates a license file on your hard drive. As long as you don't log out, that file stays on your drive.
If you open VDJ and it can't access the internet, it uses the license file.
