Topic: Reloop Buddy was working, now VDJ does not recognise it as a MIdi device
Hi guys,

My Reloop controller has been working on my new windows laptop for the past three weeks. On Saturday, Virtual DJ wouldn’t recognise my controller as a midi device, fine as a soundcard, but I couldn’t use any of the controller functions, volume, crossfade, stems, pitch, pads.

I’ve reinstalled VDJ, driver and done a windows update and no joy.. any ideas?

Works fine here.
disableBuiltinDefinitons setting is set to No, right ?
Left-side switch is set to PC ?

It definitely needs the driver for the Midi to work, so something didnt go well with the driver installation.
I suppose MIDIOX ( http://www.midiox.com/ ) doesnt recognize the device either ?

BTW, try this driver version.. https://cloud.reloop.com/index.php/s/ks87jVsSTEjUSlT has a small fix (shared from Reloop)

could it be the mapping is set to, ignore ?
not likely but a possible cause.

VDJ 7 support ended in 2014, and obviously controllers released since that time will not be mapped. You don't appear to have a license anyway...
