I am on a Mac and use both iCloud and Dropbox, I'll try and stop syncing that folder and see if that works!

My music folder is inside my dropbox folder but I have my Dropbox Sync turned off, maybe that is the issue, perhaps I should turn that back on? I will try that.

It's Fixed! so just for anyone that has issues of multiple Database.xml files being created resulting in their database not saving and loading properly.....
I'm running a MAC and was connected to the iCloud. Look at your original Database.xml file and see if there is an iCloud Icon next to it, if there is, try pressing it, it fixed my problem and everything working as it should now :)
