Topic: Can VirtualDJ read cue points from a Rekordbox library?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

This would solve all my problems with cross-library management that i've ever had.
I found the CDJ export feature of VDJ to be unreliable, and it can't export a nested playlist structure without a lot of work, so for now i still need to manage my library in Rekordbox to be able to play on CDJs.

If that's simply not a feature of the Rekordbox library support right now, is it planned?

It's indeed not supported right now, but we'll have a look if it's possible

here is an alternative if you really need this

pretty sure you can transfer library over for free but if you want to use the cloud feature it costs

Thanks a lot for the replies! I'm really looking forward to native support! (BPM Grid support would also be amazing! I have all my tracks gridded in Rekordbox)
With Waveforms, they probably use a different format and it's not as easy or even impossible to convert, but VDJ is so fast at generating those, i don't think there's a big need for that.

The current Early Access release of VirtualDJ can import cue points from your rekordbox library.
