Topic: how can I relocate missing files with one click ?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I moved all my files from the desktop to my music folder and now as I know all my files are missing, how can I fix it without relocating the files one by one ?
right click "batch" doesn't give me the option of relocate missing files.
is there a way for VDJ to search the entire music folder and relocate the missing files with one click ?

Right-click the music folder and select 'add to search db'

(and next time, make sure to make such moves from within virtualdj)
 
Other quick solution being a filter folder / quick filter "exists = 0" (or my library 'Missing')
select all with ctrl-A and relocate the missing files as usual
