Topic: virtualdj crashes when loading a song [SOLVED]

When i load on my database specific songs on decks virtualdj always crashes and closing...
I have an i7 8th gen,8 gb ram, ssd 256gb
VDJ latest version 2021
I have update all video and sound drivers

Just to test, if something is incompatible...
In VirtualDJ settings, set mathEngine to disabled.
And if that worked, what graphic card? And try mathEngine CPU instead

Likely is something else though, but little hard to guess without more info..

I changed mathengine to disable - cpu - gpu and nothing changed
my video card is INTEL UHD 620
I think the problem is only with mp4 files (not all mp4 files)
 
Problem solved!Uninstall the VDJ,install version 6017 i make all updates and works perfect!
