Try delete the beatport DLL file in /documents/virtualdj/plugins64

Then click in the browser area to update to latest plugin.
See if that fixes it.

In case you didnt solve it, it might be that you are on the M1 processor.
This processor is not yet supported for Beatport.

To use Beatport, rightclick VirtualDJ program icon, and choose "open with Rosetta" for now....
