Hi guys,
Hoping someone can help me with my new set up (Macbook air/ddj400/virtual dj). The headphone mixing controller (cue/master) is only basically working as a volume for the combined both channels (not the normal cue > master is changing the balance between songs/each channel).
In the audio section the Outputs are as normal I think. one master (chan 1&2), one headphones (chan3&4) (neither says ASIO or WASAPI though - says "DDJ-400 Audio Out"_
I'm unsure what setting is off. Any advice or thoughts? thank you so much

So with CUE/MASTER Headphones Mix knob at minimum position (CUE), you dont get proper separation , so hear only the channel that has the PFL/CUE button lit ?
If not, then probably you need to set the DDJ-400 sound card as 4 Channels / Quadrophonic in your Mac.. See here .. https://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Mac%204%20Channel%20Audio.html

SOLVED - it was the third cue button up by the main Master (top right in middle section with all the knobs)
