Hello,
I've set up my music with the fade points of the automix so far everything is functional.
The "problem" which is not really a problem that I encounter is that my music beatsmatch/syncs well but not more than 4-9 BPM apart depending on the BPM of the music.
Would there be a solution that would allow beatmatch/syncs at 10 BPM regardless of the percentage?
Or would the devs add an option to choose the beatmatch limit by BPM/Percentage at the user's choice?
For example that the automix is able to go from 100 to 110 BPM for example.
Example:
70 BPM => 70 to 74 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
70 BPM => 75+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
80 BPM => 80 to 85 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
80 BPM => 86+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
90 BPM => 90 to 95 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
90 BPM => 96+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
100 BPM => 100 to 106 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
100 BPM => 107+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
110 BPM => 110 to 116 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
110 BPM => 117+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
130 BPM => 130 to 138 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
130 BPM => 139+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
140 BPM => 140 to 148 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
140 BPM => 149+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
150 BPM => 150 to 159 BPM (BEATMATCH OK)
130 BPM => 160+ BPM (NO BEATMATCH)
beatMatchOnFade = yes
autoBPMMatch = always
smartPlay = by decks (both are active)
smartPlayLimitPitchRange = No
Awaiting your answers,
Have a good weekend! :)

The problem is well-known in this forum. The Atomix company is also informed about this bug, but the priority to solve this problem seems to be extremely low :-(

There is an option for that:
setting -> options -> Automation -> smartPlayLimitPitchRange
tooltip: "Activé, smartPlay n'accordera le bpm que s'il diffère d'au maximum 10% du bpm en cours, afin d'éviter des modifications de vitesse trop importantes"
set to it no
you may also want to take a look to
setting -> options -> controls -> autoPitchRange
tooltip: "Ajuster automatiquement l'amplitude du pitch quand le calage nécessite une amplitude plus large"
and set it to yes

Even when this button is turned off, Virtual DJ doesn't automix two tracks with very differrent BPM ... exactly that's the bug that Atomix doesn't fix...

Yes it works, but only as indicated @dj-nameless
Except automix, we can sync 2 BPM extremely different (100 to 160 BPM syncs well (useless for the shot but its working)).
But when the automix is activated, the 10% option seems to remain.
It synchronizes well the BPM to the track being played, but as soon as the automix starts playing the second track, the BPM resets to 0% on track 2.
Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHGYZaO7VIY
At the beginning I show that a 100 BPM track synchronizes well with several tracks from 128 to 150 BPM.
at 00:25 I show the problem, the track synchronizes to the BPM when loading, but when starting the MIX via AUTOMIX, it resets the BPM to 0%.
Just after I show a transition of a BPM from 105 to 108 which is beatmatched and synchronized, then a transition from 108 to 120 which is neither sync or launched at the right time.
