I tried creating a loop using the POI Editor, and then I tried clicking In and Out on the deck. Both only allow looping in pre-specified #s of beats. I want 40 beats, not 32, not 64.
The POI Editor has options "Other (in beats)" and "Other (in seconds)", but there is nowhere to enter what # of beats or seconds you want, and when I drag the playhead (green vertical line), it snaps between 32 and 64 beats. I have "Other..." selected, but after dragging the playhead, the setting changes itself to 32 or 64 beats.
I searched the forums but found nothing relevant. Does it work for you?

It's the same here,
do this to get your odd loop on to the wave
loop 40 & saved_loop 1

loop 40 & saved_loop 1

Thanks. Entering "loop 40 & saved_loop 1" as an Action in the POI Editor works - except that it starts the loop at the start of the track no matter where the playhead is when I add that POI. With a smaller #, like "loop 6", it works as expected - the loop starting in the midst of the song. With "loop 31", it jumps back to the start.

I tried loop_in, loop 40 & saved_loop 1, but that did no good.
I read every section mentioning "start" or "begin", but found nothing relevant.
