My purchase was supposed to come with software and a card with an LE Code, there's no card. Now what do I do?

First port of call is the retailer, your purchase didn't contain everything it should. It would be in their interest to resolve as you're within your rights to demand a full replacement [not sold as advertised]. If you get no joy there, contact the hardware maker.
