Topic: Cannot Use My Mic Connected to Pioneer DDJ-400 and VDJ 8.3

Hi,

Can someone help me with correct "card " setting in VDJ 8.3 audio settings to get my external mic to work with VDJ 8.3 and my external controller? All other functions and mapping of the Pioneer DDJ-400 are working. I just cannot get the mic to work through the Pioneer and into VDJ!

Hi I read through all that and many thanks. As per the instructions. I have set the DDJ-400 as the "card" in audio settings in VDJ 8.3 but the mic still does not work. Any further thoughts?

If you read through it, then you would have seen this part:

Note: The Microphone input is not part of the USB Audio Interface of the DDJ-400, therefore it cannot be included to the Audio setup of VirtualDJ, nor can be recorded along with your mix.

Which part of that statement do you not understand?
