Hello!

I have a problem! I had PRO Subscriber licence! it ended 9 september! i bought new licence for numark mixtrack platinum controller home use! why my Pro subscriber is not gone yet? it says its 0 days left and new licence dont show up? does it show up next day or when then ? i see it is exists on my account i cancelled my monthly payment for PRO user-! when i see numark mixtrack platinum licence i payed 112 eur for it !!!!!

Looks like everything is fine with your license, you should see the Plus license in VirtualDJ under Options->Licenses

its shows me like this ! i ordered numark mixtrack platinum , license , and ended up pro subscriber , but it shows im still pro subscriber , it should be ended @ 9 sept , but its 10 th sept now !!!
 
There is a grace period of a couple of days, so it might take a few days before it stops.

I purchased a controller second hand and then downloaded the vdj software and purchased the pro licence on subscription. I take it this is all good. I keep seeing pro licences that are going for really cheap, are these legit?
 
Where are you seeing them?

The only legitimate place to buy a license is here.
 
Seeing them on eBay, can't imagine then being legit though
 
They are not. Atomix have a piracy department but I don't know how effective it is are there are always dodgy copies on eBay UK.
 
tengo un problema con una licencia de un controlador un amigo me ha vendido una dj consola mk4 la ha utilizado dos veces y esta nueva pero no se acuerda del usuario que tenia nin el correo que utilizo y no le puede dar de baja a la licencia


tambien queria preguntar si va bien con windows 10 que me esta dando problemas el virtual me reinicia el ordenador y no se a que es debido
 
tambien no me va bien el virtual dj de la mk4 que me reinicia con windows 10 en un portatil
