This is a new SB3, and it works fine with Serato, but it's not working at all with VDJ. I've tried with 2 computers (one Win7, one Win10), USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, version 8.2.b3994 as well as 8.2.b4189. Same thing happens consistently every time.
First, I plug in the SB3 USB. Then I load VDJ, and it freezes instantly on load and crashes when I interact with it. After it crashes, I can load VDJ fine, but the SB3 shows up as "failed to connect" in the settings:

My computer seems to recognize and install the SB3 drivers:

And my audio settings don't have it as the default device:

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this issue?

Problem was that it needed version 4204, not version 4189 like the other topic on this forum said!

Without the SB3 plugged, update VDJ to the latest Build, then plug it to USB
