So with videoForceFullScreen = 0 or -1, useDXVA = yes, skinFPS and videoFPS set to 30, you get a low refresh rate on the output?
Could you hold your mouse over the cpu meter to bring up the tooltip, and check the video fps there?

I did 2 test to see the diference with the fps.
One with the suggestions you made:
Skin: 20 fps
Video: 20 fps
Now one with: videoForceFullscreen= 1 and the rest the same
Skin: 33 fps
Video: 33 fps
Adion, It is a big diference, because if I want to higher the skin and video framerate, I get even higher fps (skin max 30 fps and video 60 fps).This is with videoForceFullscreen = 1. If videoForceFullscreen = 0 or -1 it sticks at max. 20 for both.

Thanks for the tests.
Drivers are up to date right?
(I would have expected more from an i3-4300, as I even get good results with a Atom X5-Z8300 and videoForceFullscreen on 0)

You're welcome ! It is even a Intel® Core™ i5-6200U Processor (2,3 GHz, 1866MHz, 3MB cache) with an HD graphics 520 and 8 GB. So the machine is fast enough I think.

I see now 2 other posts with the same error. I hope there will be a fix, I now went back to 8.1. This is working for now....

Same thing on mine. AMD a8, Radeon graphics. Now video etc works fine as long as I don't choose anything

Exacly if i just play the video's there is nothing wrong, but don't choose the settings button ;-)

@ Adion can you tell me when this is fixed ? Because only than can I try the newest version again. Otherwise I have a instable instance of VDJ.
