I am trying to find a way to change the color of various cue points in VDJ to signify mix in and mix out points when I am DJ'ing. Is there a way to do this in VDJ?

Some skins do have coloured cue markers, but they're a fixed thing because they're part of the skin graphics.
In other words, cue 1 would always be red (for example), cue 2 blue and so on. There's unfortunately no way of setting colours for cues in VDJ itself.
