rework/add:
- scratchwaves/CBG show
You'll have the choose ;o)

- add menu-option show tooltips
..will upload this "new thing" this week. Stay tuned ;o)

New version is uploaded and waits for approve.
Adds this time:
- 3 different CBG-views on scratch-waves
- 3 different pitchreset-speeds
- Counter-reset On/Off as option
- sampler-mode button on deck (if padmode=sampler)
- sampler-record button on deck (if padmode=sampler)
- cue-lock on deck (if padmode=cue)
- cue-edit on deck (if padmode=cue)
- show broadcast-message on top
- show record-message on top
- fixed some small issues

could use a <tooltip> to hide info or vew a tooltip help on this line

Agree, I should add a tooltip to this one.To deactivate tooltips choose here in the menu:

- Changed the color of prelisten slider (thx to DJLokke)
- added/modified some tooltips (thx to DjKaos2012)
- added sampler colors on pads
- added sampler progress on pads
