If I drag & drop a video file to a "Deck Video Source" zone (for example in a deck video preview, on Video tab of default skin), VDJ open a dialog "Save TrackEdit": it's a bug or it's by design ?

That is a new feature to link a mp3 file with a video file.
So that you don't get a black screen if you play mainly videos but don't have a video version of a specific track.
It's basically the same functionality like in V7.
If you don't want this behaviour you should ask the skin creator to change it in his skin.
The Focus Skin of DJDad already has a switch to turn it off/ on.

was wondering if you reached a satisfactory conclusion on this... I recently discovered it and don't care for it (of course I may not know all there is to know) I'm using the denon 4500 pro skin for karaoke , using three screens.
