Lately, I have bought a new laptop. On my previous laptop, my Hercules Dj4set worked perfectly with Virtual DJ Pro 7.
On the new one, I have already installed the drivers and virtual dj pro 7. But the DJ4set doesn't show up in the sound card part in the settings of VDJ. In the sound card part, the only things I can choose from are: Mono separated, 4.1 Card, 2 cards and asio driver.
But none of these seem to work (Error in the sound driver etc.) and on my previous laptop Hercules Dj4set was one of the options in this tab.
What can I do to fix this?

If your new laptop has a different operating system than your old one, then the sound options may not look exactly like they did before.
Also, if the DJ4set has drivers, then the driver version may have changed. There are usually new drivers for new operating systems.
You only appear to be an LE user. If you're legally using VDJ Pro please register it to your user account.

So it might help if I use Virtual DJ LE7 for it? But this version won't install anymore. Can I download it online and then fill in my serial key?
And which one should I use then?
I can't even play music without a controler in Virtual DJ Pro 7 (Problem with sound driver (DirectX/WDM).
Driver version is the latest and the operating system is now Windows 7 (32-bit), on my previous laptop it was Windows Vista (32-bit).

Well yes, that's the version which is licensed to you, and designed for the controller.

What version (number) is it?

Yes, you can always download the version that's licensed to your account.

Keep in Mind that you also have to install the actual version of the Hercules Control Panel.

Always good to verify if your console is correctly installed to begin with:
http://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00419.pdf
Is your new computer running Windows 8.1 by any chance? Probably has all USB 3.0 ports ?
If you, there is a known issue with the USB 3.0 drivers installed with Windows 8.1 that prevents some devices to be installed correctly, among them, some DJ products.
The simplest solution is to go into the computer's BIOS and disable the xHCI functions for the USB ports (the correct name or description being different from one computer to the next, consult the user manual for more details). Once done, you should be able to install your console properly.
