Topic: HOT CUES NOT LIKE SERATO ON THE DDJ-SX ON VIRTUAL DJ is there a way???

so like the hot cues are able to be changes to continuous or just by touch on the serato but can i do that on the virtual dj for ddjsx? im trying to ay some drums from a song but the song continues when i touch the hot cue unlike the serato which can ply by touch or continuously thanks alot!!!

Try using the sampler...
 
Try enabling slip mode (Press SLIP button.)
 
I'm pretty sure I answered this...

for cues that play only while you have the button down try mapping.

hot_cue 1 while_pressed

if that doesn't work do it the long way

hot_cue 1 ? got_cue 1 & play : pause & goto_cue 1 : set_cue 1

You can change the number to any cue points you wish
 
tried the first one and it works only when i programmed the cue before. if i try to set a cue point it wont allow me to. after program it in the maper the cue point is non functional unless there was one already set before the change, also i noticed that if i press the cue and then play at the same time it does not continue playing thanx for your help people!
