So I've downloaded the relevant folder off the site and put the .xml files into the folders it says to, but when I scan for new mappers it doesn't come up with anything... can anyone help?

It's recognised as a soundcard but not as a controller on the mapping tab...

You only can use the controller provided LE version or the latest build of our Pro Full.
Any other version does not have the needed Midi feature.
To get the latest build, just register your licence key under your account.

After that you will find inside your personal download center the latest build, related with your licence key!
