Hi.

I'm trying to make my own gobos.
I have Artweaver but have NO IDEA how to use it.

Please help if you can.

Let me explain further.

I have a Chauvet Gobo Zoom LED 2.0

I can create custom gobos for it using transparency paper. I would really like to start doing this but I do not really know how to use the software.

There is no dedicated software. Photoshop or any other like software will do. I have Artweaver software which is very similar to photoshop. I also downloaded Paint.NET but I have not figured out how to make something 28.6mm. I only have inches and pixels in Paint.NET so for now, I am using Artweaver.

The rotating gobo size is 28.6 mm outside, 26 mm image.

I would like to make gobos with pictures that I have and create text gobos as well once I learn how.

The 1st problem I am running across is unlocking the background image. The 2nd problem I am running across is rasterizing the layer. I may get past the 2nd if I could get past the 1st problem. I don't KNOW if that's right but i'm thinking it may be.

At this point, that is the help I am looking for. Once I get past these issues, I should be good but I won't know until I resolve my first 2 issues.

Anyone that knows about this stuff..... PLEASE help.
