So i stopped by my local guitar center this past weekend and happen to run into the sales rep for these speakers (http://www.zzounds.com/item--CWVP1500X). And I was listening to the info and the comparison he was giving the staff their to educate their musical minds their. the qsc k12 and a jbl model that I didn't take notice of model were used in the comparison, but I've been really interested in upgrading my tops lately to the k12's. but wanted to see if anyone had any pros or cons on them. During the demo CV sounded really awesome to me over the qsc. Yes the CV was a 15 and the qsc was a 12 along with the jbl. But the one thing I notice was at the 3 o'clock position on the qsc and the CV and all the extra vocal and bass boost turned off the CV sounded great to where you didn't loose any vocals or any mid range!! Compared to the qsc it kinda sounded like the horn was screaming at you with no mid range. So let me hear your thoughts on them and what do you guys think.
Keep in mind that I'm a mobile dj that plays all styles mostly hip hop and Hawaiian reggae , I'm not a scratch DJ yet but hoping to add that into my mix's soon.
