Is ther anny plans on making a RT version for virtual dj?

I would doubt it very much.
RT isn't mainstream in any way and the cost of developing software specifically for a niche OS would be massive.
I believe however VDJ8 will support iOS.

Allthough the Surface is a quite cool device (I own one as well), regarding the use of VDJ I would recommend to look at one of the ATOM processor based Windows 8 tablets like the Acer Iconia W510, which runs Windows 8 Pro and might be suitable for VDJ, allthough I haven't tryed it yet...

I second that, More Intel based "Pro" tablets will come soon, tablets that will support full USB device integration. RT is not the way to go.
Then again look at the "All-In-One" devices you can get now and with much larger screens too. It's still "Surface" as "Surface" is not limited to device. It's inherent in Windows 8!
