Topic: VirtualDJ 7.1

It's been two weeks since the previous thread has been shut down, & still no news on the update.
Is there a problem that the community need to be made aware of, & is there a manual update we could have a look at / download.

Not aware of anything, presumably the Dev Team are working on the update as we speak. Seems to have taken longer than the couple of weeks quoted however there may be additional features being added and tested.

It will be released to your download centre when ready.

No updated version is currently available.
Make sure AUtoUpdate is Enabled from Config->Options and the software will inform you on launch if your computer is connected to the Internet for any available updates.

There will be no updated manual of the software, unless the added features of ver 7.1 requires that.
 
Why open another thread asking the same question about the release of updates, everyone and their dog knows it will be released when the team deems it is ready and fit for release and not a moment sooner.

I expect this behaviour from children at Christmas time and not to constantly see these repeated requests of "is it ready yet" on professional forums.

Man up and grow up people, we'll get the update when it's ready.

@Tayla : It is a question to which I have not previously asked, or commented on, in another thread ( Not that I can recall), However, it is a question that everyone is asking, & I understand that it will be released WHEN IT IS READY. Personally, having been given a teaser of 'the big build', I would rather wait for the finished version of V8, because there is nothing wrong with what we have already. The development team do a cracking job, but I feel everyone needs to be 'singing from the same hymm sheet !.
 
I'm not even a part of Atomix staff and even I am getting annoyed about the dreaded release date question. Patience people, I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

The more time they spend on the forum trying to explain to you that the "software will be ready when it's ready" the more development time your taking away from them. I'm sure they are under immense pressure already as it is.
Would you rather bitch at them after it's released because your controller does not work properly since they rushed it and they didn't take the time to test your controller?

How many times they have told us that it will be ready when It's ready? so why bother asking again?
 
Kev.... I bet u red the virtual dj 7.1 locked thread , u can't miss it. Why on earth u open another thread. What's wrong with you. Another locked thread.

I'm sure you will agree there's no point in taking this thread any further. Bob has answered on behalf of Atomix so I'm closing this one.

I'm sure 7.1 will be well worth waiting for :)
