I want to buy the djx750 and connect it with the MK4 controller to Virtual DJ. ¿Can it be?¿How?

That shoule be possible, yes. The MK4 does have a built-in audio inferface so shouldnt be any problem.
Connect them with RCA cables (When buying a mixer it usually comes with a few rca cables) like this:
djx750 LineIn ----> RMX Output
The rest is done in VDJ settings:
* External Mixer
* MK4 AudioInterface

ok, thanks! And if i want to use the other two canals of the mixer djx750, it's to say connect the channel 3 and 4 to the decks 3 and 4 of virtual dj, can it be possible connecting a rca from the sound of the computer to the channels 3 and 4 of the djx750?

Well the MK4 does only support 2 outputs, as far as I know you have to get an other AudioInterface because you cant use the djx750 for midi

It's not midi... the DDM4000 is and it's a much better mixer but you will still need to upgrade to VDJ Pro to unlock the soundcard routing options or the ability to use extra midi controllers.
