you can just grab your typical horn effect grab an editing software or even on vdj apply an effect to it i do believe in vdj its a trans effect plugin and it will chop it up1-5-6 times before the end of the sample... or you can do it manually by simply playing the sample and moving the fader back and forth really fast thus creating a chopped trans like effect......... last thing you can do is just look for that effect online i am sure somebody in the world has uploaded it.... hoped i helped

You can also try the cut effect on it. I tried it and it works pretty good. It works well if you have a controller, that's mapped so you can adjust.
