Hi, I need some help because i have a problem with my Living Electro LE installation.
Last year i bought a Gemini CTRL ONE on ebay with a compatible CD of Living Electro LE,
the problem is that normally the serial number is writen on the back of the product (Gemini CTRL ONE)
but it's not writen on mine ! What should i do ? Can you help me please ?

hi, the serial number is usually written on either;
a: the cd
b: the cd packet
c: the instruction manual
if it is in none of these locations i suggest you return it o the store from where it was purchased, or contact gemini for a new serial number.

You will have to contact Gemini directly and give them the. controller serial to see if they can help
