I have a Numark Mixtrack Pro with the latest version of VDJ. The software crashed on me earlier today, and now does not work properly. I have the controller plugged up through USB, and I am using the RCA out to a surroundsound reciever at my house. Nothing fancy. The gain/volume sliders do nothing to the output level. The audio level is at Maximum and nothing lowers it. Also the crossfader does not work at all. Headphones work properly.
Inputs: None
outputs: Headphones ; Master 1&2; Headphones 3&4 (RCA are on output 1)
Sound Cards: Numark
Ive tried closing VDJ and disconnecting the controller. I rebooted my computer

I'm having the exact same problem right now. I sent a message to Tech Support. Nothing yet.

Try this.
uninstall virtual dj, Go into regedit and use the find command to remove all instances of virtual dj or atomix
reboot, use the cd that came with your mixtrack to install virtual dj. Test that and hit us back.

I did that, and now I can use the Deck 1 fader and the deck 2 fader, being able to mix but the main fader doesn't respond, nor does the headphones being able to listen to the next cued song.
